Thanks Dave for addressing this subject. I think all Christians should consider the subject of pride especially in giving testimony of their own Christian experience. When giving witness to the unconverted we need to understand our own unworthiness of our position before God, after all our Justification is by Christ Alone.(How can a man be just before a righteous God?) The pastor need not have pride in his sermons and the Christian need not have pride in his testimony. Ken Clouse Ken
